Abstract

In normal times, reporting the state of a print industry segment wouldn’t have an epidemiological angle, but these are not normal times. The present state of the label segment, however, probably comes closest to what the rest of the industry remembers as “normal” in the days before the shadow of COVID-19. Converters say that the pandemic’s impact on their business, while palpable, hasn’t been crippling, and isn’t likely to do long-term damage.
