Abstract
Under the weight of a pandemic that redefined and elevated the importance of a single word — survival. As COVID-19 concerns were prompting business shutdowns across the nation, the Paperboard Packaging Council, an association comprising North American converters of paperboard packaging and their suppliers, pivoted to serve members' needs as basic as staying open.
