Abstract
Running a business in the 21st century requires innovation to stay competitive, including innovation in recruiting and retaining employees. The most effective way that employers can find potential employees, recruit them into their companies, and keep them engaged is to have a twopronged strategy: Meeting future employees where they are at this moment in time, and meeting them where you expect them to be in the future.
